Do you ship internationally?
Yes! See below for price estimates. (Domestic US Shipping rates are only available until July 31st 2019 )

The Netherlands: prints €2.50, zines €3.32
United States: prints €3.65, zines €4.40
Everywhere else: prints €4.35, zines €8.70

The shipping fee depends on your combined total. To see this total, select your items and go to checkout for a calculation.

Can I also pay with iDeal?
You can! Please use the contact button below to let me know what you'd like to order, and I will send you an iDeal payment link.

How long will shipping take?
I ship out twice a week so please allow for 1 week (Netherlands & USA) to 2-3 weeks (everywhere else) for your order to arrive.

Can I get a discount on shipping if I order many things?
Possibly! If you're ordering more than 5 items, use the contact button below to let me know and I will get back to you with your estimated discount on shipping. You can then proceed to ordering regularly and I will transfer the discount back to you once the shipping is completed. 

My package got lost/damaged! What do I do?
Oh no! I'm so sorry this happened. Please let me know by using the contact form below and I'll see what I can do.

Do you offer returns or refunds?
No. All sales are final.

Are these prices including VAT?
Prices are excluding 9% VAT (if you're ordering from the EU). Please go to check-out for your total including shipping and tax.
